Refund policy
Returns
Our online policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In store purchases are not eligible for refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email us before you return the item with your order number and reason for refund and allow us to respond to approve the request.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We cannot refund earrings for pierced ears, lingerie or swimwear due to sanitary reasons.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/ brand.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Processing Fee
There is a reprocessing fee charged for every refund that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
- Homeware and accessories £5
- Clothing and shoes £8
There is no processing fee for an exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

In agreement with online sales terms we can accept a return within 14 days if the item is as it was when it was delivered (including any tags still attached).
Please note that as we are a small independent business we cannot refund postage costs, and we kindly recommend that you use a tracked postage service to post items back to us, as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
Once the item is received and checked we can make a refund to the same account which you ordered with.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
International Customers
Unfortunately we cannot accept international returns. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
