UK Shipping:

Standard shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

Please allow 2 working days for us to fulfill your order after placing it.

If you place your order on a weekend your order will be fulfilled on the Tuesday, as we do not work on a Monday.

We can offer Special Delivery at checkout which means parcels will arrive by 1pm the next working day after collection. Please select this option if you need parcels urgently.

International Shipping:

We ship via Royal Mail International Tracked, who will then pass this over to the postal service in your country through which tracking will continue.

Please allow up to 15 working days for International orders.  We are a UK based company and cannot give an accurate time schedule for every international shipping destination.  Often parcels arrive much quicker than thus, but please allow this period of time before contacting us.

Europe:

Unfortunately, since Brexit, we have had to halt all shipping to the EU, due to hugely increased complications with customs fees, and higher shipping.  We found many parcels were getting stuck, lost or returned to us at huge frustration to the customer and ourselves.

We hope to be able to ship again to Europe as soon as its easier.
